Returns and Exchanges Policy

At MyKidStyle.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items in accordance with our European Returns and Exchanges policy.
1. Return Period
You have the right to return your items within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason. This period starts the day after you receive the goods.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- The item must not be on the list of non-returnable or non-exchangeable products (such as personalized or perishable goods).
- You must have proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order number).
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at hello@mykidstyle.com within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us of your intention to return the product.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or issue a store credit, depending on your preference.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that the cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a faulty product.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at hello@mykidstyle.com. We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on your preference. You are entitled to return faulty goods at no cost to you.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items that have been opened or used, such as underwear, swimwear, and hygiene-related products (if the seal has been broken).
- Gift cards and downloadable content.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, faulty product), the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure that your return is safely received.
9. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside the European Union, please ensure that all customs duties and taxes are paid. Any customs fees incurred for returns will be your responsibility.
